GOAL
The goal of the Virginia Clinton Kelley Democratic Women of Garland County is to unite women and their associates in support of democratic and progressive principles.
OBJECTIVES

To promote women in pursuit of truth and justice in government.

To encourage full participation of women at all levels of county, state and national offices for a more balanced representation.

To initiate and carry out programs and projects on behalf of the Democratic Party and the Democratic Party nominees.

To endorse, as a body, only the nominees of the Democratic Party, recognizing that each member has the constitutional right, guaranteed to all eligible citizens, to vote for the Democratic candidate of her choice in a primary.

To promote diversity and intercultural understanding within the greater Hot Springs community.
MEETINGS
Our monthly meetings address important current issues impacting our community and women in particular. Each meeting includes a legislative update. From reproductive rights to the new "LEARNS" Act, to issues of racism, we continue to grow. Come join us; you'll be heartily welcomed.
