At the recent VCK member meeting, energetic change agent Cheryl Batts shares her perspective on the history of the Black community in Hot Springs, and the current challenges and successes facing diversity in our city. Ms. Batts is the founder of the P.H.O.E.B.E/Uzuri Project. VCK Democratic Women seek to diversify and join forces with under-represented populations in Hot Springs.
